First, use PS to open an image that needs to be processed, as shown in the following figure:

Enter the name in the pop-up window, click the record button, and start recording our PS operation:

So first, let's adjust the resolution of the image. Hold down the shortcut keys Ctrl+Alt+i to bring up a pop-up window for resizing the image. Here, adjust the resolution and pixel size of the image:

First, adjust the resolution to 72. You can see the picture with 500 * 500 pixels. Then, adjust the pixel size to 156 * 156. Click OK to complete the adjustment. At this point, you can see the image size in the sub menu of action 1 in the action toolbar, indicating that we have adjusted the image size of the picture.

Then adjust the canvas size to 160 * 160, press and hold the shortcut key Ctrl+Alt+c, and pop up

Adjust the canvas size to 160 * 160 and click the confirm button to complete the image adjustment. Put the image into a folder and click the save button to save it.
