Since its establishment in 2007, Kunshan Puqing Purification Technology Co., Ltd. has been committed to providing solutions for high-purity packaging materials in the semiconductor industry. The core components of our blown film unit and slitting unit adopt German technology, and the testing equipment comes from Lighthouse and METONE in the United States.

 

The domestic semiconductor industry currently relies entirely on imports for pure nylon packaging materials. After nearly two years of unremitting research and development, our company has fully mastered a series of technical challenges related to pure nylon, including blow molding, slitting, and heat sealing. The pure nylon packaging bags produced by Puqing Purification have been tested by authoritative institutions in the United States and fully meet or even exceed their semiconductor industry standards.

 

In 2022, our company will relocate to Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province. The company covers an area of more than 20 acres and has over 1500 square meters of Class 100 workshops. At that time, the company will build a modern warehousing center that integrates the production of clean packaging bags and semiconductor clean consumables.
